Return Conditions for online purchases

  • Our goal is to offer our customers the best cosmetic products.
  • If a product purchased in the Online store does not satisfy your needs, you must notify us. Once authorized, you can return it in its original conditions within a period of 14 business days from when the order was delivered.
  • Along with your order you will receive attached the details of your order and the details of the return process.
  • If the items detailed in this document do not correspond to those contained in your order, please notify us by calling +34 637547758.
  • If the return of your order is for reasons other than: item defects, incomplete shipment or incorrect shipment, we will not be responsible for the return costs.
  • You will be refunded the full price of the returned products within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the request for the return, provided that they are received in their original condition at our distribution center within 14 business days following the delivery.
  • If the reason for your return is due to a defect in the purchased products, the order is incomplete or incorrect, we will refund the price and take care of the shipping costs.
  • The refund will be made through the same payment method in which the purchase was made.
  • If you cancel your order but the process of returning the items is not completed within 14 business days, the money for the products will not be refunded to your account.
  • If you make a return for reasons other than defects in the purchased products, because the order is incomplete or incorrect, the return costs may be deducted from the refund and may even exceed this amount.
  • Until the order is returned, you must store the items for return in appropriate conditions.
  • We will not accept returns on products that have been used. In such circumstances, the impossibility of refunding the amount will be notified and the customer will be responsible for managing the shipment so that the products are returned within 28 days after notification.
  • This policy will only apply to online orders. If you have made your purchase at a point of sale, you must follow their specific return policy. Unfortunately, purchases made at points of sale cannot be returned.
  • Products purchased online cannot be returned at any point of sale.
